The Summer of April Pierce

“Planning is the single most boring thing one can do"

"Life was funny like that, it brought people together when they least expected it - to reconnect them"

"It was about these summer nights, the late sunsets - the endless weekend"

"Fireflies were these magical lights, only to be seen and not heard. They were the definition of summer, illuminating the summer nights"

Well hello there friends!

Profile: Must love sarcasm, cats, talking (lots and lots of talking) – did I mention talking? OK fine I did didn’t I? But just in case you know I can repeat!?

If you read the above statement and you are still here, welcome! You can find more about me, in the well, the about me tab! (Trying so very hard not to be sarcastic – Welp!)

Mostly I’m super funny (at least I think so right?). I love to talk about every topic and I been a swimmer since forever. I used to ice skate and snowboard until doctor’s told me to hold off or I can break everything (sounds dreadful). At least I still get to watch all summer and winter Olympics and occasionally the New York Rangers.

I love all seasons, mostly summer, no winter, no fall with its changing crunchy leaves, or maybe spring with its flowers so many people sneeze from (bless you, not!)

I love rain and the ocean. I love tea, lots and lots of tea. Books – I love them too. I didn’t discover my love for reading until I was 18. The summer after I graduated high school I read Vladimir Nabokov’s Lolita followed by all the Harry Potters (shush I was really late to the reading game). I’m a huge fan now, that’s all that counts. Oh, if you must know I’m Slytherclaw.

Thank you all for stopping by!
Happy Reading,

Innessa Mikha
